Law n. 4738/2020 introduced the possibility for natural and legal persons to settle all their debts towards private financial institutions, towards the State, towards Insurance Funds as well as to settle debts in favor of third parties collected by the tax administration ( e.g. debts to municipalities that are confirmed and collected through AADE), following the extrajudicial management of debts through the Extrajudicial Mechanism.
